Job Brief and Accountability:
The Sales Support Associate is responsible for processing and facilitating quote requests from sales partners (internal sales teams, customers, sales' agents) across the country. The Sales Support Associate is a liaison between the Pricing, Orders and Sales teams and is responsible for verifying customer order requirements, cleansing order related data (ensuring it is accurate and complete), and preparing it for upload into the internal quoting system. Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external customers is critical to the successful execution of their duties and responsibilities.
